I love the apartments since Bonnie has been here....she is a great manager. yes there are always a few things that could be improved but if you live in an apartment...they are not built soundproof!
Well, no big problems yet. Since I have been here, about 6 months, I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly. Maintenance has his hands full, but getting it done. You have to love what you do to make a difference. Teamwork between residents and staff makes this community a great place to call home.
horrible...managers change constantly...office does not answer phone...repairs are promised immediately and then not done....residents are treated as insignificant bothers....
Sandra is the worst... she shuts down the pool for the whole complex instead of reprimanding the person(s) at fault and denying them the use. Sandra is self serving do not believe she has your best interest, she will use it against you and gossip about you and your family to the other residents behind your back as she pretends to be your friend. Her attitude is "I dont have to re-new anyone leases if I dont want to" even if you have done nothing wrong but ask for maintenance issues, you are a nuisance to her.
Do not rent at these apartments!!! The management is constantly changing. In the last 6 years there have been 7 leasing agents and all with their own rules. It seems the owners are all about the section 8 rentals and do not care about those who pay their rent on time and cause no trouble. If you try to contact the owners themselves you get the run around from their office staff in Knoxville. They just do not care!!
These apartments are the nicest ones in Springfield. They have a few things((residents)) that could use improvement but you get that anywhere you go. Overall it is a great place to call home. The management and maintenance staff are awsome! I have lived in a few apartment complexes before and I would have to say this one is the best. I have lived here about 2 years and have no plans of leaving anytime soon.
The apartment are straight the neighbor is ok but section 8 people who dont work make up all that loud noise all day and night the manager is scared of them the manager if I could take back the last 6 months I wont had moved over here the manager is a lier
The apartments are good and they would be even better if we had a different manager. Paula Hobson doesnt do crap here nor is she ever at the office when you need her! We need new management! Ask anybody here!
The apartments are beautiful!!!! The manager and maintenance are the greatest. I love living at 17th Street Apartments
