Also interested because I have heard that the building is haunted by 3 spirits. There is a haunted room but we are not in it.
Delicious fresh seafood. I had the grouper special and it was cooked perfectly. Great service and a very relaxing, cozy atmosphere.
Cozy little spot for a stay in Savannah!! Grumpy is the best!! Second time staying and will definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic experience at 17 Hundred 90 restaurant. Food was excellent We had the Neptune & Grouper special Had a taste of the ribeye steak, wow that was great too We’ll be visiting again !!
