Be sure to have the Rushing water Rainbow trout they really know how to cook fish. I would give five stars it really is the best fine dining restaurant in the town of Crystal Lake. The rating mechanism is too quick On the trigger you enter a star and it doesn’t allow you to enter any other stars!

I enjoyed lunch there yesterday. It's a white- linen-style restaurant with a good wine list, although I opted for a French martini. It's a from scratch restaurant that buys it's ingredients from local farmers. I had the steak kabob, and it was delicious. I'm looking forward to eating there again. Also, the owner (?) has celiac, like me, and they make (again, in house) a gluten free bread that they will bring to the table so you can enjoy it while others have normal bread.
