The building itself is similar to others around the city, but Emi really makes a difference by being responsive and acting quickly when issues come up.
My husband and I have lived in this building for over three years, and we truly love calling it home. From day one, it has been such a positive experience. The building manager is absolutely wonderful. She is responsive, kind, and incredibly timely whenever anything comes up. I’ve had a great experience living in this building on St. George! The building is well maintained and clean. Emi, the resident manager, is organized, responsive, and truly wonderful!
I love living here. Common areas are clean and well-maintained. There are sometimes social events and promotions. Our unit is spacious and has a good view. I commend our property manager, Emi, as she responds promptly and goes the extra mile to make sure repairs are done in a reasonable and timely manner.
