With the new management Siteline & new manager Siam, everything is being taking good care of! Liking the calm environment of the surroundings. Peaceful!
Never go there even to visit for renting , they are playing with you as they advertise different building and showing the different as i m fool or dumb, management has to hire some professional people who know their work properly, very unprofessional and ridiculous experience ever . Please don’t go there .
Never live here! Management does nothing for you
If you wanna live somewhere that is clean and well taken care of look else where these buildings are not maintained unless someone moves out of an apartment water never works doors never get fixed and cogir is just out for your money that's it they don't care about the tenets or any fixes you may need to your apartment or the building just stay away and find something better trust me you don't wanna pay for 170, 174 or 178 grove any other building is better then any of these
Edit: Property management has gotten worse they hired a new super who does nothing to fix any of the issues siting the building management is aware of it all. If you were looking at moving here, dont. They dont care or maintain the property well enough to warrant the price of rent here
