Good building to live in, it is clean and quite. If there is any ever issues they are fixed right away!
Building is decent for what it is if there is ever a problem Derek will deal with it ASAP. Other than that I've lived here for about 7 years now with minimal issues.
Decent sized apartments. It's a little old, but maintained well enough. The building manager Derek is great and will always be courteous and helpful.
