Very disappointed with my experience. 1) I received a gift card for Christmas and didn’t get a chance to use it before covid hit. I got a massage yesterday and when I paid the new owner informed me they no longer accept gift cards. I guess because he wasn’t the one to make money off the sale he won’t honor any previously purchased gift cards. 2) they charge a $5 fee on top of any service for a “cleaning fee during the covid period” and I had agreed to it thinking I was paying with a gift card. When your business is located in the small town of Maiden, NC, but you sell and service several hundred mowers every year, that speaks for itself.
