Great food.. But they have the worse service I have ever had at a restaurant!! Very poor service!!!
I've only ate here a few times but every time I've gone it's insanely great food and very attentive service. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but he was very easygoing and playful and as a server, I can appreciate good service when I get it. The loaded tater tots are my newest addiction and I can't wait to eat here again for lunch today. Definitely a must try with all of the different burger options!
Ok so again I went somewhere for lunch...and it seems when I go somewhere for lunch that I've gone for dinner I am always disappointed...anyway say down and ordered took over 30 mins for some burgers and salads...the server was inattentive she did fill my tea up a few times with way too much ice...but that's only a pet peeve of mine when your cup has too much ice...anyway fries were soggy burger was over done...yet another place I've come to realize why we havent been in a while
We've been before and have always had good service and enjoyed the food. We are both well-traveled, eat out often and understand that EVERY restaurant has bad days. We also know not to base reviews solely on one experience. Having said that, it's good food at a fair price. The atmosphere is simple and laid back...give it a try. If you have ONE less than perfect experience tell the management staff...don't whine about it in a blog without giving them a chance to resolve the issue. Just my opinion � Enjoy!
