We are here for the IAHCSMM conference. One of our vendors brought is here for dinner Sunday night during Fiesta. The food was superb. The wait staff extremely helpful and the parade was a bonus to see from our table. The surf and turf has set a new bar. Tender perfectly cook steak with a sweet lobster tail. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Definitely the best steak I've had in years. Good food from start to finish. Worth the $$$.

This place is awful and the owner doesn't have a clue what is he doing....hints why it took 2 years to open and will fail just like Toscana....he cant afford to pay vendors or store food properly....2 friends have already gotten sick here in the small time its been open soooo go if you dare.....majority of these reviews are employees ....the view isn't worth throwing up for 2 days
This is an absolute amazing dining experience. From the view, to the knowledgeable staff, to the quality of food, you will not be disappointed. Prompt service and personal attention topped off our first of many visits to 1718 Prime Steakhouse!

Best view in town. Exceptional service, exceptional food. Steaks were amazing, cooked to perfection with a perfect mix of sides and wine. Start off with some awesome appetizers, sit back and enjoy a wonderful dinner. The atmosphere in the restaurant leaves you feeling relaxed and very impressed with the overall experience. Will be visiting again!

What a spectacular view of the Alamo. Had the burger for lunch, it was cooked just right and tasted great. Place is elegant and staff is courteous. Definitely going to return and try the steak for dinner some time.
