I lived here for 5 years, the management is extremely attentive and constantly working to improve the building. The location is ideal—close to Cal Anderson, Pike/pine and the light rail, yet set back enough to not be too noisy. I will miss this place!
Very excellent residential experience, in no small part due to the apartment manager, Percy. He was very responsive and resolved things quickly, and was extremely personable as well. It always felt like the apartment management was on-top of things.

For me, living here was great thanks to Percy. Most apartments look the same around the area, let’s be honest. Great management is hard to find these days. I can 100% say that Percy made living in this apartment complex a great experience. He’s attentive and always willing to help. Kind and humble. You will be treated with respect from day one. If yall have the chance to live here, I hope yall get to have him as management during your time there.
DO NOT RENT HERE OR AT ANY BONA VISTA MANAGEMENT PROPERTIES. Truly embodying the worst of corporate landlord behavior. They do not give a single care in the world abour their tenants, the quality of their buildings, or anything beyond maximizing profits and minimizing costs. Don't suffer like I did.
