Went for a pedicure today at bliss nails. Book ed a classic pedicure from their on line booking service. Very easy to do. In the description of a classic pedicure it states 1 hour. I was very disappointed. The pedicure was no different than a regular pedicure. It only took 20 minutes. Trying to explain my frustration was useless, they don’t speak English very well. They really need to update the online booking description, very misleading.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year. I made an appointment. Walked in for the appt and the guy working said and I quote “it’s going to be more than 30 minutes because I forgot to write it down.” I was disappointed, but understood as mistakes happen. I asked if I could make an appointment for tomorrow. He said 4pm. I said I couldn’t do 4 pm and he was unwilling to try and accommodate me. Very disappointed. I went with my mother for pedicures, and the service was terrible. My toenails were filed crooked — I literally had to fix them myself while still there. The technician doing my mother’s feet was so rough she left a bruise, and now my mom is limping having to go on vacation. I decided to get my nails done as well, but the tech rushed through them when another client came in and said she couldn’t finish properly. My nails are crooked and look awful. Went in to remove nails - super quick and easy plus they were giving out cute little bottles of lotion as a New Year's gift.
