Very disappointed. I went with my mother for pedicures, and the service was terrible. My toenails were filed crooked — I literally had to fix them myself while still there. The technician doing my mother’s feet was so rough she left a bruise, and now my mom is limping having to go on vacation. I decided to get my nails done as well, but the tech rushed through them when another client came in and said she couldn’t finish properly. My nails are crooked and look awful. Went in to remove nails - super quick and easy plus they were giving out cute little bottles of lotion as a New Year's gift.
I drive all the way from Averill Park for this amazing service!! Love the owners and staff!! Everyone is so kind and so welcoming and I always walk away loving my mani/pedi and eyebrows!
