I Love living here at 1640. The staff is amazing and they throw amazing events for us in the clubhouse & pool area. The pictures don’t do the amenities any justice as the property is always clean and very well maintained.Shout out to Cavin and Eloy for being with us here at The property for so many years.. they are truly an asset to the building.
