Not a comfortable, safe, well managed place to live in my experience. If you're going to pay market rent, suggest you check out newer buildings with clean garbage areas and stairwells and experienced sympathetic property managers.
Outside of the building looks okay, inside is the opposite. Was shown a unit that was not clean, was missing outlet covers that apparantly weren't noticed beforehand, and still had stuff in the fridge and on the counters, not a professional look in my opinion.
The building is clean and looks freshly renovated. I suspect that this apartment block is at least 60 years old - so, being up-to-date is a welcome feature.
