I’ve been coming here for a while now, and they never disappoint! The entire team is friendly, professional, and does beautiful work. I usually see Lana here and she is amazing! I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for consistently great service and beautiful nails!
I went under an appointment and from the start the customer service was very poor , I left without my nail done and was subjected to racist micro aggression
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this nail salon. From the beginning, the service was unprofessional and the atmosphere was very unwelcoming. The price I was given was not clear or accurate, and I felt like I was not properly informed about what I was paying for. The nail technician started with the wrong tips, then blamed me for the issues instead of taking responsibility.
