The owner is very rude, and the spa smells really bad!
I am not happy with my place. I dont often go for pedicures but went here with my daughters. I am not sure what they use, and they use new things on clients. Whatever they did to our feet is terrible. My toes feel bruised, and there is dead skin everywhere. I do not think they are sanitary, and I would not recommend.
Been coming here for my nails for the last 3 years. Always have been provided exceptional services and care. The salon is very clean, professional and well kept. I have recommended this salon to many friends and families and everyone always comes back! They are a busy salon because of how much care they take for each customer. We got a call from the shop asking us we were still coming and said we said yes. My cousin and I were about 15 mins late. We arrived to our appointment and we were told they could only do one of our services. Why waste our time saying yes we’re still coming and when we arrived you tell us only one service. I recently had a shellac polish done at your salon and paid $30 for the service. It’s only been 4 days, and as you can see in the attached photo, the polish is already peeling off from three nails. I’m quite disappointed, as shellac is supposed to last longer, and this result does not feel worth the money I spent. I expected better quality and durability. Please let me know if there’s anything that can be done to resolve this.
