This is by far the WORST salon experience I have ever had. I used to come here regularly, but after what happened the last few times, I will never return. First, I booked an appointment, showed up on time, and was told my appointment “wasn’t scheduled.” Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me to go somewhere else. Completely unacceptable. Then, another time, the technician cut my toenail too short and actually tried to charge me extra to “fix” what SHE ruined. And today was the final straw. She broke my nail during the... read more
It’s a okay place but the customer service is a 10/10. If you’re going please go in with a simple design because they are best at simple nails. Overall not at all a bad place everyone is really polite there and they are extremely sweet!
