I’ve been coming here for a while now and they honestly never disappoint! Naomi is amazing — she’s so patient and always takes her time to make sure my nails turn out exactly how I want them. The salon is always clean, the atmosphere is really welcoming, and all the girls are so friendly. And it’s not just Naomi, the other girls are just as good and I’ve always been happy with my nails no matter who I see. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to! 💅🏼
Very disappointed with the customer service. I had to cancel my nail art appointment and asked to reschedule, but the way I was treated was extremely rude and unprofessional. I expected much better communication and customer service. We came one day earlier for our appointment, which we had booked over the phone. When we arrived, you told us that we did not have an appointment. You then rescheduled our appointment for the next day.
