This property sounds like the ideal place to live! The amenities are exactly what I need for me and my pup. I’m looking for a place from out of state and the manager, Brandon, offered to FaceTime me so I could see the property from afar. Above and beyond!
Went in a few weeks ago for a tour. The property was very nice and in a perfect location. I met briefly with the manager, I believe his name was Brandon. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the property and the area itself. His assistant Kylie gave me the official tour and she was great as well. Both answered all my questions with thoughtful answers. Sadly, the commute to my job was too far so it didn’t work out but I haven’t stopped thinking about it out how amazing the rooftop space is.
The property manager, Brandon, is a pleasure to work with.
Rented an apartment here for 2 years and our team enjoyed it very much. The 1627 Staff is professional and ensures maintenance issues are handled quickly. The location can't be beat. And, Kylie is an absolute pleasure to work with.
