Skip is awesome. The whole time I sat there I wanted to cry but he comforted me. He would hold me till I stopped crying. He didn’t care I wasn’t wearing pants either. 1603 is the best and has been since I’ve been going there for over 10 years
Scheduled in August for an appointment in October, only then to be called and told Skip was going out of town and I had to reschedule. Rescheduled for Dec 28th, only to drive 4 hours to get there and be told he was out of town again. Total waste of my time and money- SO DISAPPOINTED!
Without question, the greatest tattoo joint in the west coast. Attention to detail and exemplary service are their hallmarks. I’d go nowhere else.
Very professional consultation. I haven't got the tattoo yet, but I chose this place for a reason.

Panda was amazing!!!!!! She came up with the best swallow bird design ever for me and my hubby!!! We will definitely be going back :)
