Many of times have I hated living here. The walls are as thin as can be and people are always partying loud enough for you to hear them across both courtyards 3 nights a week. The parking deck is dangerous to drive in and is running out of space to park since few residents are willing to pay for the “reserved” parking at $25 a month. I just got towed since I didn’t have my hang tag on my car for about 48 hours while being parked in a spot that I’m normally allowed to park in. Won’t fix the thermostat
They will not be hesitant to leave your student outside in the cold for 1 hour every fire drill. Genuinely a horrible place to live. Noisy, internet barely works, walking is faster than taking the bus here, and rent is just not worth it. Maintenance is on the bare minimum side. Do not recommend.
