do not live here if you don’t have to. it seems like a decent place at first but it’s gross and unkept. maintenance will not fix things and you will have to put in at least 3 maintenance requests to get something “fixed” temporarily. there’s been so many disgusting spills, broken bottles, and trash in the hallways that is barely ever cleaned up. many of the amenities are broken like the hot tub, gym equipment, and elevators. fire alarms also went off 2 nights in a row and woke everyone up and the issue took at least 30 minut... read more
2 fire alarms back to back nights, at midnight, is absurd.
If I could give zero I would. This place is falling apart with mold everywhere and fire alarms going off randomly in the night. This place is horrid especially for 1k$ a month. I'm begging don't subject yourself to this place.
The fire alarm has gone off two nights in a row, the walls are so thin I can hear everything my upstairs, downstairs and neighbors do, only one treadmill works and we have been complaining for months. There are cheaper and better places to live. Not worth it
160 ross is a fine place to live. Alot of the staff here genuinely care and want to make sure its a good place to stay. There are kind and very nice people who work at 160 ross. But i would be remiss to not warn people who are considering moving in here / leasing here what entails with that pretty new price tag theyre putting on the rooms. Mold, biohazards, and a generally unsafe building is what you are paying big bucks for. An in building gym that doesn’t work save for 3 machines.
