If you’re looking for a good place to obtain your cdl go somewhere else. It takes way too long to get through the course. I’ve had my permit since January and here it is April and I’m about to test for my license. 4 months just to get a cdl id crazy. It’s supposed to be a 4 week program. It’s unorganized and they don’t have enough instructors. The equipment is junk. I had an instructor quit because of it. I don’t recommend going to 160 for obtaining your CDL guys. I took the time to schedule an appointment for something they could have told me over the phone. There prices are really high and there financing is predatory. Wouldn’t recommend them.
Unfortunately I couldn't even get placed on the November schedule for CDL training due to this company's lack of care. It took me 3 separate tries with Green Country Workforce before I could even reach this point of enrollment. After almost a year of trying I finally received a call from 160 from Rico Smith. Before u start classes make sure to stay working at your job they say it will only take a month but it took me a month and a quarter, the guy in the office also had no idea what he was talking about so that made it harder because communication also wasn't the best. Once I got through the classes I had to wait an additional two weeks before I could go to the yard, once I got into the yard everything started going well but I needed to get a job, plus a couple guys that graduated a week after I started were in the same boat as ... read more
