Have been going to this clinic for over 15 years always paid my bill in full never left a balance. one tech very unprofessional came in screaming at me my cat bit her. all my animals have never biten anyone before! came to find out she had hurt him! he had stage 3 kidney disease and sick and felt bad anyway. I have told them repeatedly do not try to get urine from either of my cats because it never works! but they ignored me apparently and hurt him, found brusies all over his stomach I was pissed! Used to give a 5 star. I know I have been using this clinic for 15 years, no problems the techs that are friendly are the best and the doctors but one is not. and I witnessed unclean practices.I have always paid my bill in full if it was 500.00 or 1200.00 never left a balance.If you are a senior and need help getting your cat or dog in or out of your car this clinic isnt for you. You can tell the techs hate having to help. I have told them twice please just add 20.00 to my bill and give it to the tech that has to help me, ... read more
