3 stars because while Peter seems quite experienced and knowledgeable, I was surprised by how bad the scheduling system and his attitude was. I booked a couple appointments using the online scheduler on the website. I showed up for the second appt and he didn’t know I had booked. Waited for half an hour for treatment and, on the table, he complained I was booking too late and how his building didn’t like him to work so late.
