I stumbled upon this site when looking for Salon 152's website, so I must leave my comments. My husband and I have seen Brenda for a long time. She is a wonderful stylist, great person, and very accomodating AMAP. Sue M. who is a specialist with skin is super at what she does. Plus, you leave with a smile on your face! We love Salon 152! I have been to Jennifer, and if she would pay attention to her customers instead of texting, and ooohing over her night out with her intern, she might make a good stylist. Maybe she is going through a mid life crisis, but unfortunately, I won't be back. It took FOREVER for her to renturn my call for an appt - but when I'm in her chair, she was on the phone with friends. Sad.

Some of my family go see Jennifer for their hair appointments and they seem to always get in with Jennifer. But I have been calling her for a while now, probably 5 times and she still hasn't called me back!!! It's been a couple of months now and it sucks cause I have a gift certificate, so that probably won't help much getting me in. I would have given her a really good tip too but, oh well...

I was referred to Jennifer, but no matter how many messages I left, my calls were never returned. Finally scheduled with January and couldn't have asked for better. Found my perfect hairdresser by accident and frustration with Jennifer. Thanks for rudely ingoring me, Jennifer. LOVE January!

I've used Jennifer multiple times, and I've loved my hair everytime! I, too, have spent most of my hair days jumping from one stylist to the next, until I met Jennifer. I first found her through research on extensions, which she does an amazing job with. Now, I use her for everything, color, cut, style, extensions. The salon is wonderful and very nice. It's sad to hear situations where people are unhappy, but it's not the salon, it's the hairdresser. I have always been satisfied with my outcomes. Everyone is very friendly. I get in and out. You just gotta find the right one!!!!!

i was always the girl who jumped from stylist to stylist but i have never ever had so many people say good things about my hair even stop me and ask to take a picture since i have been going to jessica snyder, the salon is comforable and everyone seems fun. Jessica always figures out how to make me happy and makes sure i leave happy with my experence. some people may of had bad stylist at that salon but every time i have walked out happy

Do not go to this salon, a girl chopped off all of my hair saying she "assumed" I wanted my hair the same way the girl who recommended me has hers. She chopped an entire section off of my hair in the back when I asked for it to be cut straight and she was talking on the phone while cutting my hair. Completely unprofessional, especially when I talked to the owner, she told me a girl in training could fix it for me with less than 1 yr. of experience...yeah right.

I have always used Victoria for my hair prior to 152 and she does a wonderful job. I am so happy they are conveniently located. If you need color correction see Victoria!
