Welcoming, friendly staff and the best service in Ottawa
NEVER.. had anything less than an impeccable experience at this dental office. :) The entire staff is kind and efficient; from hygienists to the dentist and front staff. AND MAJOR SHOUTOUT TO FRAN!! She's a stellar hygienist who not only cares about her patients, but the admiration for her line of work is always exceptionally evident in her craftsmanship of helping others realize their best smiles; in both the chats and the dental cleaning. Have been a client at 150 Elgin for 20+ years and was in recently for a dental cleaning & checkup. Had a new dental insurance plan which Admins Cybill & Josanne entered into the system to create a seamless experience. They also played a 90s soundtrack which established a hip & upbeat vibe. I had a disappointing experience at this dental office. Most conversations at reception seemed focused on fees and payments rather than patient care. During my last visit, the dentist told me, “It’s good to take care of your health sometimes,” which came across as implying that the only way to care for your health is to agree to expensive dental treatments. Switched my family to another provider. Dr. S was so condescending and entitled, do not recommend this dental practice. Replying to 150: I WAS a patient for YEARS, actually over a decade. You will not have me in your database anymore because I switched, I was getting at major dental work done as well.
