When I first met Sierra at the Reynolds St apt she was very friendly & professional. She had suggested I look at the 1 bdrm to see what the building & apt were like. As I was looking for a 2 bdrm I enquired about 150 Allan St. Sierra told me she would notify me if one ever came available but it was rare. I’ve been living here for a month now. It’s a very quiet place, and the building management is excellent. When the internet was being installed, I noticed that the nearby power outlet was connected to a wall switch. After I told Jaafar about it, he immediately contacted the building electrician and had it fixed right away. Tatiana is also incredibly nice. 150 Allan is a nice place, very quite and minutes away from the whilefoods which we buy groceries mostly. The team is nice too, especially Kim is really nice and kind to offer all her and help in the application to make it easier and faster. With her guidance it is very simple to submit the application via their system. Thanks her so much!
Aya was a huge help with making our move in process easy and efficient. We weren’t even meant to tour this apartment until she recommended it to us. Beautiful facility in a great location.
