Dishonest plumbers I hope my comment warns people not to call $ 15 Sewer & Drain.I've never seen handymen being so bluntly dishonest as the two people from this co. They disappeared for more than an hour, came back with a piece of rubber as a part they supposedly spent all that time looking for at a store a mile away from the site work, and then charged us for it.
Good job done by Antonio We had a sink in one of our bathrooms that was clogged. We contacted $15 Sewer and Drain. Antonio arrived on time, provided a very professional service, and fixed our problem which couldn't done by the previous plumber. We would highly recommend him and will definitely ask for Antonio for our next project. Thank you very much for the help.
Misrepresenting -Service attitude approached that of a car dealer They misrepresented their hourly rates, when the repairman, had arrived he came with the story that the parts for the toilet are expensive (Kohler) and suggested to have a new toilet installed, I had checked with Home Depot this morning and find this untruth the only thing that should and would be replaced it should be the tank that price run between $50.00-$85.00, he had quoted me for $275.00 for parts. Drain Problems? It seems that once a year we have to have our pipes reamed because of root damage and every time we call the $15 Sewer Service. They always give you a two hour window of time when they will send someone out and they really stick to the time. We have had a number of men helping us out and each time they have done a good job and are courteous and efficient. They stand behind their work too!
r redwood city I set up an appointment with $15.00 after reading reviews online. Benny came within the 2 hour window and said he would fix my line stoppage.He explained thier rates for an hour an what it would cost if he went over. From start to finish it took 40 minutes. It was $200.000 cheaper that Roto-rooter that I paid the last time I needed a clog fixed. Benny was polite and personable. I will call them again if I need this service, but he told me what to do monthly so I plan on keeping my drains clean.
Clogged drain, hard access These guys were very professional, right on time (beginning of stated period), and got right to work. They had the blockage cleared with an hour with some tricky access issues. They are also more reasonably priced than other plumbers I have used in the past. I would absolutely use them again. (There is no $15 service as I'm sure everyone knows - its an old company name)
Mainline stoppage We used them in October 2007 to open up a mainline stoppage. They gave a 2 hour window and arrived on time. They knew what they were doing and did a great job for us.
Bennie Does A Great Job! $15 Sewer & Drain Service is Awesome!!! I called late in the evening and knowing an evening service call would have an additional charge, I opted to wait until the early a.m.. I talked to 3 girls in the office, Corrine, Desere & Yvonne, they were all very helpful and nice, and scheduled me for the first available appt. the next morning. Fifteen Dollar Sewer & Drain Service is OK I had a clogged tub and shower drain and could get it cleared myself with a plunger, hand crank rooter or one of those draino like de-cloggers. The handyman I called could not unclog it with his basic tools either and his pulmber buddy was busy for the day. I called the 15 dollar sewer and drain people on his reco and checking a few reviews including this page itself.
