Usually come to this location driving past others. It wasn’t at all the experience I had just a few years ago. Me and the car ahead of me decided to go elsewhere likely because of the technician sunny disposition. 😬😉
He refused me service. It is that guy Frank! Wow!! He is sickening!.I pulled in the wrong way. I offered to turn around. He said I had an attitude etc . I am a 64 year old educated and very articulate lady . He said I should not be driving if I can't read. He is a piece of work. I called corporate and they offered a free check at another location for FREE. I really feel sorry for his company. I am just going someplace else.
