I am disappointed with the way this building is managed. Each unit is provided with only one parking space, while additional parking spaces are reserved or sold to selected tenants. This does not seem fair to all residents. I also personally know residents who joined the waiting list after me but received one or even more parking spaces before I did. This makes it difficult to believe that the waiting list is being managed fairly.
Natasha, the property manager doesn't care about tenants and always has an attitude. She will ignore service requests and then blame the tenant for causing the issue. And the building seems to be always under renovation.
