DO NOT RENT THESE UNITS! Horrible experience from day 1. The whole lot is trashed, the roads are destroyed and there’s garbage everywhere. The day I rented the unit, they didn’t even give me a code to the gate to get in or out of the storage place. No one answers the phone during their hours of operations ever. If you have any issues and need customer service, good luck LOL. They changed the lock on the unit I JUST rented and fully paid for, didn’t contact me about it, AND left me with zero access to the stuff I own. Absolut... read more

Overall my experience was good. It was an easy and smooth move-in/out process which was nice. The reason for 4 stars is because there was mouse poop on some of my stuff when I was moving out. But overall a nice experience.
