I've been coming to this salon for about 8 months now, and I have an appointment about every 6-8 weeks. I can't imagining going anywhere else to get my hair done! I always see Brittany, and trust her completely - my hair was awful when I first came in, hadn't had a haircut in years, but she continually makes it better! She's also really nice and easy to be around. All of the staff have always been so kind and accommodating, taking my jacket, bringing me coffee or tea, and sending me reminder texts before every appointment ^_... read more

I was looking forward to trying this salon when the day of my appointment I received a phone call with an apology that my stylist " has to pick up her daughter" ?.... I understand emergencies happen, but I find it bizarre that she would schedule an appointment when she has another obligation..... Good customer service, in my opinion, would have been to offer more than an apology. The salons solution was have me come today for cut and return for color. Not a good way to make a first impression.
I love everyone who works here for their talents and wonderful sense of humor. The best!
