I had the most rude experience I have ever encountered from anyone at any establishment ever. The owner was apparently annoyed by my many questions and concerns, that he wanted me to prove to him that I was truly interested in making a purchase. I am a humble man and when I told him I am interested he said he can not show me any merchandise if all I want to do is ask questions and not purchase anything so the only way I knew to prove to this unbelievably rude individual is to show him that I did have some money. I bought my son and his wife a wedding g ring set and two days later two stones fell out of her ring and the top part was slightly bent. He glanced at the ring and said there is nothing we can do because that is not the condition you bought the ring in.. he was very rude and literally gave us the cold shoulder as soon as he handed the ring back to me. He didn’t even ask if there was anything else we wanted to look at, he just passed us over and went to another customer

0 stars. Stop low balling people. Take the same items to anothershiop and they will easily offer you double of what these scam artists will offer you. Don't waste your time coming here.
I love 14k pawn. They have the best stuff and all quality every time. Friendly place with very knowledgable people to help and always have new items. The guns and ammo are a very nice touch too.
They're great people very professional and I've been going there for a few years now
