I really feel so safe in this community, Yessica has moved mountains for me and has truly gone above and beyond for me and my friends who have moved in to these apartments! Jorge is an incredibly sweet man- a maintenance request is handled within the day usually unless there are multiple requests. Sandra has also been very committed to ensuring that things are followed through. With how many slumlords there are in Atlanta I’m so grateful I found somewhere with integrity for me and my friends to live!

There is a homeless man with a huge tent and recycling cans, he basically made a home there. I was looking into moving here but that was a huge turn off, I seen him coming out. So I investigated, people can literally see him outside their bedroom windows. He’s probably taking craps out there, doing drugs!! I’m sure people have contacted the city but typical Atlanta, nobody is going to try and clean this up.

Very convenient. Right across the street from the gym. Two minutes from the shopping center and the expressway, one minute away. Easy for me to commute to work, and it is very quiet. Apartment is very nice!

Great price, responsive management for maintenance request and missing packages, and okay security. The location is alright now, but this stretch of Memorial Drive is getting lots of attention. The floor is a bit thin so it’s annoying at times with a noisy neighbor, though everyone here is friendly. Overall a great starting place!
