Very much appreciate the peace and quiet. I haven't even had to have a lot of things fixed inside the apartment over the years, yet maintenance has always been sent pretty quickly whenever any repair has been required. Laundry room and other areas have always been kept clean and neat. Haven't had to report many problems over the time I've lived here and if I have, they've usually been solved so that pleasant and peaceful livability is restored. Went to view a unit and the building was very clean and quiet.
This is a reasonably priced and well located in Tacoma's Hill Top neighborhood. Close to several local bus routes and a short distance to Safeway grocery store at 12th and M st.
Very clean very quiet very secure and the manager Ms Sally is very compassionate and understanding and believes in giving people second chance as long as you shoot it straight to her don't try to player for no fool cuz she's definitely not.
