Great location. Small, but tall. 12 ft ceilings. Perfect for a single person or close couple. New appliances and LG mini-split. Free off street parking. Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manor. Downtown's "best loft living" bargain!
I have lived here for three years and it’s been great. Yes the lofts are small but for one person it’s perfect. The management is out of this world amazing, they truly care about their residents. Coded entry, on site laundry, and all bills paid are icing on the cake.
I lived there for a couple of years and I never had any problems. It is so close to downtown and you can't beat the price anywhere else. You can find other places around downtown in that price range but they are very rundown and they are not safe.
The landlord is really nice. Good place to live. Never had any problems.
You get what you pay for and it isn't much. There are no windows (may as well be a jail cell), the parking sucks as you're in an open area that is heavily trafficked (my car got broken into), getting any deliveries from UPS is damn near impossible, and the washing machines constantly end up taking your money. Don't be cheap like I was because you'll probably have to pay more to deal with the various inconveniences.
