Make sure you think twice before coming here. Few points to consider. - Water issue. You never know when water stops (you might be taking a bath or ....) - Cleaning issues in lobby and horrible smell. - No responsibility for safety and negligence. Don't even take necessary actions after the incident. Make sure you see the photos attached. - Management at the building can't speak english. I would give 0 stars if possible. I am leaving this apartment in a couple of months. Never recommend Park Property Management.
Living here has been the worst experience. The maintenance is terrible—requests go unanswered for weeks, and management doesn’t seem to care. There’s a constant bad smell in the elevator and main foyer, and water issues are struggle. The pressure is weak, and random shutoffs happen without any notice. Safety is a major concern. The building is poorly maintained, and recently, a serious hazard occurred—a large, stone-like chunk of snow fell from the top of the building and shattered a car’s rear windshield. BEAWARE to anyone looking to move into this building . the building water system has no pressure and sometimes theirs no water . everytime you shower you will get mad because the water pressure is NOT good and if you open kitchen tap and washroom tap at once theirs NO Water coming. complained many times to management but they dont care. we moved out of that building 6 months ago and forgot to make a review. goodluck cheers
