Mohammed came to complete maintenance on our unit. He was efficient and completed everything in a timely manner. Very kind and competent.
The place is amazing! You have to see it to believe it because the pictures doesn't do it justice. Very spacious, beautiful layout, and beautiful area. Superintendent is very nice and is willing to help but they could do better when it comes to some of the admin work. Rent is pretty pricy but at the same time you are walking distance from downtown. We are happy living here. Everything is organized and comfortable. Superintendent Mohammed and Samira are kind, reliable, and quick to resolve any issues.
The house is very well maintained, everything is always clean and all services are on time. Special thanks to superintendents Muhammad and Samira.
