I love living at my apartment building. It's secure and nice. The people are so nice. I am having a very good experience here. If I have a problem Mohamad the superintendent is very kind and makes sure that the work gets done. As well as his wife. Very good people.

I am writing to express my deep appreciation for the exceptional service provided by our superintendents Mohammed and Samira at 14 and 18 Spruce Street, Cambridge. This is the third manager I have encountered since moving into the building and I can confidently say that they are the most efficient and dedicated.
