I needed to get some work I'd done years ago upgraded to a current version of DotNetNuke and 13 Below did a great job on the migration. They converted the old custom skin and wrote a couple of new modules to replace ones that wouldn't upgrade quickly and everything worked out of the box when I got the deliverables back. They were professional and great to work with through the whole process.
