Love living at the 1352 lofts. The staff is friendly the building ia amazing. The neighborhood is wonderful.
As of July 2014, the quality of living in the building has dropped significantly in the last two years. Lately, the building has experienced a number of break-ins due to a completely absence of security measures (e.g., no cameras in corridors, no person supervising in the front desk). We have had maintenance reports that have lasted for more than five months and there is a complex structure where a bank (who owns a number of units), the realtor (who is a very unethical individual), and the "management" are involved. Fancy on the outside but in general a terrible place to live. There is a total lack of management even though they charge a lot of money for it. There isn't any sound insulation between apartments and you can hear a baby crying two apartments away. It is very dirty and low maintained for the price. Horror stories with thefts reported even though the building has a 24/7 front desk. I would never suggest this place to anyone....
