Location is good, close to T and bus stations, good restaurants nearby. However, if you rent an apartment here you are also signing up for: 1. Oldest, noisiest and poorest construction of the building. 2. You will feel like someone's stomping even if they are normally walking with carpets on. 3. You are forced to add carpets even though they have wooden flooring. You are left with no choice because they have it on the lease. 4. Very poor water pressure from shower heads.
