This is the worst company. I'm being forced to move for return to office. I own my own home, pay my bills, NEVER HAD AN EVICTION and make more than enough money to afford the housing. I applied to 131 Ponce apartment paid $325 application/admin fees and was told by Nick I was approved. Only to be DENIED 2 hours afterwards due to criminal history that was literally just an old traffic tickets and 3 bounced checks (identity theft) that HAVE ALL BEEN PAID OVER 20 YEARS AGO!
