RecommendedThese apartments are a great place to live. They are modern and have great kitchens with granite countertops and stainless appliances. It is a 5 minute drive to campus and 3 minute drive into town. The landlord does an amazing job of making sure the property is maintained and clean. He is respectful of tenants privacy, keeps all the units up to date, and fills maintenance requests quickly. I would reccomend 1304 to anyone who wants a clean, safe, and nice place to live!!
1304 Apartments is an awesome place to live. The apartments are very clean and modern. The location is great if you are a student at Fort Lewis College and it's also close to restaurants in the area. The Landlord is great with communication and very friendly. I absolutely recommend living at 1304 Apartments.
1304 Apartments is a great and friendly place to live, and it has a great community! The kitchen along with the rest of the apartment is very spacious and modern, and the location of these apartments is great because you’re around a lot of restaurants and stores, and close to campus.
Property manager will invade you're personal space.
1304 apartments is a great comfortable place to live and the price of living is really a great. The location is also really good if you go to school at Fort Lewis!
1304 Apartments has an extremely friendly and helpful staff! The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of sunlight, plus you get your own bathroom! Located across the street from one of Durango's best pizza restaurants and only minutes from Fort Lewis College. It's the place to be!
