3 years experience with the landlords. They were timely and attentive. Excellent... highly recommended.
Amazing, kind landlords, they really take care and pride into this place. The only apartment in the area where I can’t hear my neighbors 24/7! Only thing I think could be improved upon would be maybe having someone attending a front desk or office hours of some sort, never know if there is someone there to answer quick questions. Would most definitely recommend living here though!
I love living at 1301, Brett and Jeff are amazing landlords!
