Amazing, kind landlords, they really take care and pride into this place. The only apartment in the area where I can’t hear my neighbors 24/7! Only thing I think could be improved upon would be maybe having someone attending a front desk or office hours of some sort, never know if there is someone there to answer quick questions. Would most definitely recommend living here though!

Brett and Jeff are amazing landlords, and I have been beyond happy with the facilities. As a life-long Saint Paul/Minneapolis resident (proper, not suburbs) I have been blown away by the responsiveness and professionalism of the property/landlords. Brett and Jeff clearly care about the day to day of the property and consistently ensure that the property is well-maintained and that any concerns are clearly addressed.
