Satisfaction with the sales experience was perfect. I aamm 83 years oldandfound this to be an easy lease agrrement thanks to them.I would My review would be same as before concerning the mgr. and sales person. G 90 I've always had a positive experience at this dealership, both in the service department and the sales department. Three years ago, the finance department talked me in to a four year lease, even though i said I'd only keep the car three years. I was told I'd be able to trade it in after three years. But, I have had to pay dearly for this as I had to pay for the four years. The finance manager was not up front about this. everything but the truth Bill Johnson was a huge disappointment to deal with. I found him deceptive, dishonest, slippery and all together untrustworthy in the process of trying to negotiate a deal. The experience I had was everything that is wrong with the process of buying a new car. No transparency and a massive attempt to get me to accept financing other than 0.9% Hyundai Finance was offering.
