The food is overpriced and not that great. You’ll get better service and save a ton at Denny’s.

I live a block from here. It’s never a good experience when the hostess is so unfriendly, doesn’t smile, doesn’t care. I’m not sure how management lets it go. It’s your customer’s first impression. This may be a sign that this place is going down hill. We’ll see.
Horrible worst service ever!! Will never be back again.. The waitress was horrible was rude the whole time we were there. We spent 3 hours there majority of the time waiting for food..

Simply put, I can’t wait to come back! I’ve been going to 13 Coins since 1974 when I was 21 years old working off of Fairview Ave. This one though, is spectacular!
Good food, though the new location is a bit jarring for the atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses are themselves quite friendly and excellent. However 2/3 times now the maitre’d has been rude to me, though once she saw my tip she treated me better. Maybe some prejudice given I dress simply and work+dine at off hours — which should be a good fit for a 24/7 restaurant.
