First contact was via their website. Loved the remote start product and price for my CX-9. Ultimately I had it installed since they are in my home town, Tulsa. They all were very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. My Installer was top notch. I listened to a couple of their help line calls while waiting and was blown away by their friendliness, knowledge and ability to communicate to the customer. Great experience with this company! I had remote start installed on my wife's 2011 Honda Pilot as an anniversary gift. The team at 12 volt were a pleasure to work with. We intially had our appointment scheduled for Tuesday November 17th, and over the weekend before the scheduled service had some mechanical issues happen which put the vehicle in the shop for repairs.
