I would recommend 12th and Oak Floors to anybody!! We bought our home knowing the floors needed refinishing before moving in. Our floors used to have deep dents, scratches, area rug lines and wear and tear. Now they are perfectly smooth and protected! Izral is very professional and experienced. We would definitely use 12th and Oak again.
