Waiting over 6 weeks with no working heat or AC and still no fix in sight and no estimated timeline of when it will be fixed. Maintenance is a joke. When you talk to the office they just give you a run around but don't offer any actual solutions. In the lease it states that no AC is not considered an emergency, so I should have known this would happen. Be prepared to not have AC or heat for an extended period of time if you plan to move here. God forbid if anything else breaks in your apartment.
Attentive and professional engagement and response to maintenance request… This complex is a hidden island in a sea of local and necessary conveniences.
This has been a great experience living in this community. It is well kept and I can always count on my issues being fixed in a timely fashion
