When we decided to buy 1285 Restobar, which had been serving pizza since 1985, we wanted to create that culture here, on the Siuslaw river in Old Town Florence. Voted best pizza, best burger, and best restaurant service in Florence for 2017!

The halibut with lobster sauce was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S so was the mango dressing!!! It was a surprise to find this entree at what I thought was a pizza place. Definitely 5 stars.
Waitress forgot my drink. I ordered salmon and got halibut. Our credit card went to another table. Now we will have to wait until Monday to verify we weren’t charged for someone else’s meal..Took a hour to get our food.. All in all a horrible experience! We’ll never darken their doorway again!
I love this place and it will always have a special place in my heart. My husband proposed here and the staff and owners helped him pull it off. Very sweet!
Delicious burgers and fantastic, friendly service! My daughter and I were camping up the coast and found this place because they had a vegan burger and gluten free bread available (daughter is allergic to both). Said it was one of the best burgers she’s had. My BBQ burger was great too. My salad had delicious pickled onions on it that was the perfect touch. I will go hear again when in the area.
Always good! Best clam chowder in Florence and best grilled oysters too!
Our food was delicious. We’re in town for Rhoddy Festival so expected to wait, but got right in. I had salmon, my husband pizza and daughter butter noodles. We have crab cake appetizer. The food was all very good. The only thing that was unpleasant was that as we were sitting in the back ‘outdoor’ space someone started smoking in an attached area and it wafted in. If sensitive to smoke, be cautious of sitting out back.
We had lunch here and enjoyed it so much we returned for dinner. The food was excellent and it was fun to see the chefs at work. Great and fun atmosphere with outstanding staff.
The food is always delicious. The hostess was a complete angel but the 2 servers that were there tonight ignored me for 25 minutes even after making eye contact. The hostess eventually was the one to take our order. I was very bummed at how the 2 servers treated the entire situation. I wish I would have gotten everyone’s names. My son was very patient and we enjoyed our dinner.
RecommendedFabulous! The tomatoes in the caprisi salad blew me away! Its April, on the coast, who gets tomatoes with flavor like that this time of year? We'll be back.
