When we decided to buy 1285 Restobar, which had been serving pizza since 1985, we wanted to create that culture here, on the Siuslaw river in Old Town Florence. Voted best pizza, best burger, and best restaurant service in Florence for 2017!

Recommendedvery good food and staff cool atmosphere
Terrible customer service. We were never greeted and asked for help twice. Hostess directed us to a dirty table, we sat there for 10 minutes and had to go ask for someone again. They gave us menus, cleared but did not wipe the table, and then we never saw anyone again. After sitting there without ever seeing anyone for over 30 minutes, we go up and left.

Service extremly bad, our order was forgotten, 47 minutes before our waitress checked on us after taking our order, over an hour before we got our dinner. Meal looked thrown together, over cooked prawns and a little pasta in a lemon butter watery soup. A couple of other tables around us were dissatisfied with food and service. Will not be back!!!
Fresh mozzarella cheese and crispy crust make their � pizza outstanding. Friendly staff keeping up a busy pace on a beautiful Friday afternoon. A visiting Japanese family with 3 small children were having fun with their pizza and pasta. The restaurant is on our frequent go to list and to bring our guests to.
Wait staff was excellent but the kitchen could improve. Apparently they have an issue with pizza is being done about 10 minutes or more ahead of the other food and yet can’t seem to alter when they begin each meal so that the family can eat together. They also got my order wrong despite the server taking it correctly. Our receipt specifically listed our requests but the food we received did not match that.
