Easy to schedule, very responsive. Final cost was same as the estimate. Driver called when they were on their way. Truck arrived on schedule. Team was polite, and provided quick and smooth service. Couldn't be happier.
123 Junk did exactly what they promised to do. They called to let me know they were arriving early and left a number for me to call if that didn’t work for me. Both men introduced themselves and started right in to move the materials out to the truck. We shook hands and sent me an online receipt. Go truck #5!
They were always on time, easy to schedule, estimated cost before hand and we spot on volume estimate, they charge by fraction of truck loaded. They do donate and you do get receipts for tax purposes on what they are able to donate. Highly recommended
Very happy with this service. Two arrived on time after headsup call. They carried some heavy furniture, and building supplies from the basement and were very cheerful and courteous. I intend to have them again to remove furniture I'm still using, to clear out before my move. Highly recommend this company.
