From the first phone call to today's pick up, customer service was excellent and courteous! I got a call this morning from the team that they were ahead of schedule and would be arriving before their time window - within 10 minutes they were at the house! I had a large sofa, TV set, 2 microwaves and a microwave cart removed within 20 minutes! I have used them both personally and professionally for my clients. Each time I am always amazed at how quick they are to respond and communicate as well as the great service they provide. Their estimates are pretty accurate and depend on how much information they are provide so they can judge how much room the items will take up in their trucks. Once the workers arrive, they work non stop until the job is completed. Highly recommend!

I have used them a few times to clear out the storage room of accumulated decorations and stuff we no longer use. Easy online form sets it motion and by the next day it’s all gone. Plus they will try and find a new home for some of the items. Thanks and i will be back.

My sister recommended this company to me after she had them take away an enormous C shaped couch. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were fast and efficient at getting my old mattress and couch out of my apt (3 floors up.) And they were more affordable than the local trash bulk removal. I also love their mission; to first try to find a home for old stuff, then to try to recycle it, and only after that, to properly dispose of it at a landfill. I highly recommend 123Junk.

This company is pretty awesome. I called around and they were the only ones who quickly returned my calls and even followed up to make sure all of my questions were answered. I even spoke to a couple of different people and each one was just as helpful as the last. Their prices are really fair and they try to accommodate your schedule (even on short notice)! Used them to remove an old hot tub. Quoted an excellent price, showed up on time, and cleaned up the site. Personnel were very polite and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.
