RecommendedI have used 123 Junk several times and I have always been extremely happy with their service. I just had them out to remove a HUGE sectional sofa - it was not an easy task, but they got it out within 15 minutes and provided exceptional customer service. Rock solid 5 stars for Tim and 123 Junk!
I finally called to get rid of miscellaneous stuff, including an organ and furniture. The gentleman who answered the phone couldn’t have been nicer and so helpful. Then a few days later Zeb, Kareem, Phillip and Jerry came to haul it all away. They all were so professional, courteous and FAST! They filled their truck in a little over an hour. I will never use anyone else than 123Junk! Great people and terrific company.
They were prompt, very helpful and the whole process was simple and easy. I would definitely use them again. Even the scheduling process was easy and informative. And... it was nice that the price they quoted was the price I paid. No renegotiating when they arrive.

Just had their team clear and entire apartment for a friend who passed. The scheduling by Tim was quick and he let me know exactly what to expect. The team arrived on time and explained exactly what they were going to do and finished the job in less time than they estimated. They thought it might take an additional truck, but their expert packing got it in one truck with no room to spare. Follow-up was exceptional. I would recommend them and plan to use them again soon.
