Not a good company to work with. The owner makes excuses when there are problems and blames other people. You need to have trust in a management company and this one will let you down. The outside contractors they use do not a good job with cleaning, pest control, pool service, etc. Read the reviews, it’s says it all!
If you think about doing business with this company please read the reviews beforehand. From personal Experience they screw people over left and right and they will do everything to steal your money where they can. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It seems to be a common theme that nobody likes Martina and I can absolutely agree to that. Horrible individual to do business with rude and unprofessional.
When we decided to sell our house in Cape Coral in August 2021, Mr. Bodo Kleber was recommended to us. He had already successfully sold our friends' house the year before.
