Always fast shipping! If they are out of an item they let you know they are out of stock and a date when they should receive it back in. I have never had an issue of any kind. I will continue to shop with them!

Ordered some items online. Shipment came very quickly and everything I ordered was in perfect condition when I received it. I will definitely use this company again for ordering cross stitch/embroidery needs
Last year I would have raved about 123stitch but not now. I recently placed an order where some of the fabric wasn't available, that's not a problem I was informed of an expected shipping date. I was happy with that. The complaint I've got is I have now been charged twice for the product. I thought it would be easily resolved I copied the credit card transactions as proof, but no. They had everything that I needed (including some beautiful Aida cloth!), they answered questions promptly, and shipped quickly. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
I ordered a couple times from them for patterns and various things I need. They have the fastest shipping and just about everything I need. I found the Mill Hill beads and the Krenik yarn I can't find at the local craft stores. Plan to order again very soon. Thank you!
